About Us

Christina Crumbley, RN, MSN, HCS-D, HCS-O is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Tidal Healthcare Consulting, LLC. Established in 2015, Tidal Healthcare Consulting’s mission is to assist agencies in creating efficient processes and practices while providing agency support services to allow agencies to focus on patient care. Rooted in education, Tidal specializes in building a strong foundation for agencies to grow while providing quality and compassionate care. 

Christina is a Registered Nurse with over 30 years of broad-based expertise in home health operations, clinical management, quality assurance-performance improvement, compliance standards and process improvement. Her experience includes single-site home health agencies as well as multi-site and multi-state operations. She is a high-integrity, energetic hands-on leader known for her ability to envision and create successful outcomes in the home health domain with strategic planning. Christina is also a contract surveyor for the Accreditation Commission for Healthcare. 

She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Home Care Association of Florida as well as sits on the Board of Medical Specialty Coding & Compliance Committee for Home Care Coding Specialist Certification. 

 Cara Tomlinson, RN, BSN is the Chief Operating Officer for Tidal Healthcare Consulting, LLC. Cara has 12 years of experience in home health operations, quality assurance/performance improvement, clinical management, ICD10 coding, OASIS review, and education. Cara has served in numerous roles in home care from a nurse case manager, administrator, Consultant, OASIS/ coding review, VP of Operations, VP of Clinical Outcomes, and most recently AVP Clinical. Cara has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville. Cara is also a contract surveyor for the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC), she travels nationwide to conduct surveys for home health agencies
