OASIS, ICD10 Coding and QA Services

Tidal Healthcare Consulting provides a unique framework to support home health agencies with ICD10 coding and OASIS review services rooted in education. Our innovative approach to programming and pricing evolves with the agency, allowing us to be a true ally with shared

success. Services can either be provided directly, or under a mentorship program to gain independence within the agency.Services will be provided in any format to ensure the agency’s focus is on the patient, where it belongs.

Once the OASIS is reviewed and coded, the Tidal team will either review or create a patient inidividualized plan of care that conforms to your agency's specificiations as well as ensures all State, Federal and Accreditation requirements are met. 

Outside of OASIS documentation, our experience QA review team assesses all documentation to include evaluations, visit notes, physician orders and agency communications to ensure complaince with the patient's individual plan of care and compliance with State, Federal and Accreditation requirements.   

Tidal's start-up program takes the financial strain of a new agency into consideration and offers a partnership program that alters cost based on census for the first year of services. We want to be a continued team member supporting the growth and success of an agency.
