Wanting to start an home health agency? Our team assists with license applications for both State licenses, Accreditation Organizations, and Medicare enrollment. Our flexible options allows us to either assist throughout the full process, or provide specific support to assist with opening a Private Duty Agency, Medicare Certified Agency, or Nurse Registry. 

Preparing for survey for either license or accreditation is stressful.  The Tidal team can help ready you for the big day, or can work with the agency consistently to stay survey ready. With either audit tools, remote assistance or an on-site mock survey, we will ensure you are prepared to pass! We are well versed in ACHC, CHAP and Joint Commission requirements. 

Did you have a survey that requires a Plan of Corrections? We will work with the agency to identify the noted deficiency, assist with creating a plan for resolving the issue, and will complete the Plan of Corrections documentation as well as any auditing tools as required by the plan.
